When I got the call from Bill at Performance Bicycle he said they wanted to shoot three days of cycling in Colorado. Not only that, he wanted to shoot mountain biking, road cycling and commuter. We shot for three days from sunup until sundown and covered ground from Boulder to 11,000 feet up the Winter Park Ski Area to downtown Denver in the middle of rush hour traffic. It was awesome. Bill and Cathy knew exactly what they wanted and we had an amazing shoot. The challenge Performance had was a rapidly approaching cover deadline. No problem! With all the beautiful shots we captured and our quick turn around, they were able to choose a cover and get the catalog to press within the week. In addition the primary use of the photography will be in-store as large prints ringing the retail space.
